converting customers into long-term clients.
Responsibilities:
-Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
-Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
-Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
-Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications:
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Must pass a skill assessment, background check and possible drug test
-Adequate phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
-A computer device
-Headset or headphones with a microphone attachment
-A strong, stable internet connection
-A quiet work area

This is a direct hire, 1099 independent contractor position. We will not conduct an interview. Once finished, you will proceed with registration. A background check and skill assessment will ensue. Once approved, you will choose a company to work with and undergo training with them.
