2. Onboarding
The new agent orientation will direct you on how to gain access to our service partner and answer any questions or concerns you may have . From there, you will take a required skill assessment to match you with the best client to work with.
3. Start Working
After completing the assessment, you will choose a client to work with. It is required to complete certification training which takes 2- 6 weeks. After completion of the certification, congratulations you can now start working.
